2/14/16 6:48AM: Thank you for your patience while we worked on the server. It should be online now - we'll be issuing SLA credits to all accounts, and working with our cloud server provider to see what we can do about minimizing the likelihood of such an issue in the future.

It looks like there was inode corruption of the operating system on the "Lion" VM (virtual machine). A new cloud server is being prepared and all configurations and data will be restored shortly.
